ABOUT the COMPANY

TRUE is known for tackling some of the most pivotal topics revolving around what it means to be a global citizen by bringing together dynamic leaders who are willing to engage in transparent, real, purposeful unedited conversation.

TRUE facilitates storytelling and personal development through its blog, TRUE Conversations Network, live events, speaking and training.

True Conversation creates opportunities to spread understanding. Established in January 2016, True Conversations LLC is the nation’s platform for facilitating transparent, real, uplifting and empowering (TRUE) conversation around life’s professional and private most stigmatized issues.

We produce weekly podcast shows (our own and for businesses) on our TRUE Conversations Network, yearly True Conversations LIVE event, training and speaking services. We partner with organizations and companies whose goal is to also shift perspectives, spread understanding and preserve, progress or promote a community’s wisdom. In addition, we are eager to pilot a True Conversations program on colleges and universities in fall 2017 to begin a legacy of redefining how we communicate and lead starting with the next generation of leaders.

True Conversations uniquely addresses all of human topics, in hopes that people will bump into beliefs, ideas, and wisdom, to that they otherwise would never have been exposed, popping social and cultural “bubbles” all around the globe to connect us all. As the values of the global market expand in the direction of transparency, service, multiculturalism, and personal development, this is a timely and impactful company with which to align one’s business and community.

Manifesto I choose to be TRANSPARENT with my children and my friends about my experiences and feelings, regardless of their reaction or opinions.   I welcome and value sharing REAL stories of both victory and falls because everyone has a point of view that can be validating.   I am UPLIFTING when I can be and I willingly ask for help when I am in need myself. May all my struggles be EMPOWERING to someone else, as their struggles can be empowering to me.

ADVISORS

These people make TRUE Conversations possible. Without a team of the smartest and most dynamically experienced advisors on the planet the ideas would just remain ideas. Their willingness to brainstorm, teach us, and be a sounding board that remains in touch with the practical world is generous and always so appreciated.
