There is no question that Christie came into this world a sensitive soul. Whether it was being sensitive to foods, fabrics, people and smells or being highly emotionally open and aware of other people’s feelings, she has always experienced life deeply.

After years of struggling with fatigue, stomach upset and anxiety, she felt like she had no where to turn. Her doctors didn't think I looked "sick" and dismissed my concerns when nothing came back abnormal with her bloodwork. Thankfully, she found yoga and began to look at her body and her health from a more holistic perspective. Over the course of the years she has discovered so many different ways of natural healing that have helped her and countless clients.
